The CONFLICT SYNDICATE is a round robin G1 Climax-inspired tournament, to be held here on XWA BattleZone. The CONFLICT SYNDICATE will determine the first-ever CONFLICT SYNDICATE BOSS, who may receive a yet unnamed prize in XWA.
The concept of the first CONFLICT SYNDICATE is to run a fairly exclusive tournament, run outside of regular Massacre shows (a kayfabe reason and description will be provided), featuring brand new characters to allow who wants to enter, the creative freedom to try something new.
Currently the tournament will run with six people, unless it becomes wildly popular, in which case I will rework the system. Each entrant will have five matches against each of the other entrants. The tournament should natural whittle down to fewer people. In the worst-case scenario that every entrant receives equal points, we will enter a single-elimination tournament.
Each of the first five matches will have a stipulation from the following: Singles, Submission, Falls Count Anywhere No Disqualification, Ladder and Wildcard. The Wildcard will be determined by a wheel spin, on a wheel of stipulations that includes the former stipulations, as well as interesting additional stipulations.

These are preliminary plans. Some things may be changed or added, mainly around scoring. Currently, it is as simple as a win equals one point. I will be exploring ways to possibly award other points.
This has got the go-ahead from Justin, and I also hope to make use of the XWA Grading Staff, if not, then we will take volunteers for such roles.
