Got Any Good Recipes?

Postby XxChronoTrigxX » Fri Feb 10, 2017 5:58 am

For those that don't know, I am originally a chef by trade. I'm getting the bug back so was wondering does anyone has any good recipes they enjoy that I can try out? Definitely interested to seeing what kind of tastes we have in here from everyone.

Have you tried doing Pozole (this is kinda that https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/101 ... can-pozole)? dunno if you can find everything where you live but you can try that... doing it is hard but the taste ooh my god... when I get home I'll look up some recipes and send em here.

I know it very well. :) And cool. I know a lot of people have family recipes that sometimes they'll be okay with sharing and those usually taste the best. Lol.

quick question Tim, do you know Spanish? It would be easier to post the pic of the family recipe for my great-grandmother's meatballs :-P which I would be glad to share.
