XWA Massacre: The Times They Are a-Changin'

Postby Trace » Sun May 18, 2014 7:46 pm

LIVE from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois!

Jericho Shaw Contract Signing
Having vanquished C5 Ion last week Jericho Shaw is now looking towards his next opponent, the only problem is that he’s got no idea who that is. But what better place to find out than at the official contract signing for the match? When it could literally be anyone, from Diamond Jack Sabbath to Dynamite Dean Devlin, Jericho Shaw will have to be ready for anything, because he’s still got to learn that when you’re the XWA World Heavyweight Champion everyone will be gunning for you.

The Main Event!
Tag Team Action
Diamond Jack Sabbath & C5 Ion vs. Giovanni Moriello & Vincent van Hendriks
It was made clear last week that Diamond Jack Sabbath and Joey Edwards aren't going to be going for drinks any time soon. It's also very clear that the two have much more in common than either would like to admit. Sabbath has been where Joey Edwards is but there's one thing he hasn't experienced, and that's being on the other side of the stable as he will be at Massacre. Fortunately he has some help in the form of the young, up and coming C5 Ion but can the pair match up against the unknown quality of Joey Edwards rebellion?

Six Man Tag
DeAndre Taylor, Sabre & Logan Wallace vs. Smith Jones, Alexander Cain & Axel Aomori
When Smith Jones returned to the XWA he made it very clear that he wanted to regain the Television Championship. Well last week he got that chance, after Amethyst's sudden departure, and he... well he failed. You're new champion is none other than DeAndre Taylor and Smith Jones isn't happy about that one bit. Throw in Sabre & Logan Wallace, two men who dominated in their debut last week, and the eager to prove themselves Alexander & Axel and you've got a hell of a match with title contender implications.

A Whole Load of D’s
Dynamite Dean Devlin vs. Dominic Diveraz
Dynamite Dean Devlin is back in the XWA and, having previously been very impressive in his last run here, is looking to pick up where he left off and make an immediate impact. That's not going to be as easy as he might think thought as he faces off with a rather unfamiliar face in Dominic Diveraz. Last week Diveraz failed in his debut and will be looking to right the ship with a victory tonight. But despite all that there's one question we really need answered - why are there so many names beginning with the letter D?

Singles Match
Kormac vs. Dante Cross
Seems like we'll let anyone get into the ring around here. Dante Cross is a familiar face to XWA fans having had a number of runs here but never really impressing in any way. His opponent on the other hand is a newcomer, but one who already has a victory under his belt and is looking to notch up another one as he seeks to build up a reputation of success. As long as both men turn up and we actually get a wrestling match I'm sure the fans will go home happy.

Trace Demon’s Big Announcement
At Legends Trace Demon shocked the world at Legends when he retired Tempest in what many called the match of the night. Of course if there’s anything we know about Trace Demon is that he’s always got something extra up his sleeve so with the news that he’s going to make a big announcement exclusively on Massacre there’s only one question… who should be the most terrified?

Deadline for matches is 26th May 2014 at 11:59 Eastern Standard Time.
Voting will start at this time and conclude on 29th May 2014 at 11:59 Eastern Standard Time.
[CST is one hour earlier. GMT is five hours later.]
